Railway land development authority (RLDA), a statutory authority under ministry of railways ,Government of India,has been given responsibility of developing Multi functional complex through IRCON, RITES, RVNL& Private sector .These MFCs will provide multiple facilitys like shopping ,food stalls & restaurants book stalls, PCO/STD/FAX boths, ATMs , medicine & variety stores,budget hotels ,parking spaces & similar amenities to rail user at Railway stations .East cost Railway has offered two railway sites, one at BRAHMAPUR Station & the other at VIZIANAGARAM Station of area around 1000sqm. Project information memorandum of these two sites have been uploaded by RLDA in their website www.rlda.in . Prospective interested developers may log on to RLDA websites.
