Job Description:
• Customer Acquisition
o Identification of Senior & Top Management potential in all relationships mapped to respective KCSRL / CSRL
 
o Acquisition of Senior & Top Management from portfolio of Corporate Relationships mapped to the team
o Improve penetration of Senior & Top Management accounts in the portfolio of relationships
• Engagement Matrix
 
o Should know the laid down engagement matrix in detail
o Should ensure that clients are met through as the matrix through both the contact channels:
1. Telephone
2. Personal Meetings
3. Joint Meeting Matrix
o Should give engagement matrix as first priority to his/her role as CFA
o Should follow on-boarding process as laid down by YF Central Team
 
o Should channelize priority of calls based on the sensitivity of the relationships & product like CA or SA.
 
o Should send important communication to client through E-mail on regular intervals.

• Client Profiling
o Ensure all relevant information pertaining to client is captured in the FCR system correctly
o Basic information about the client, family, business, primary banking and opportunity should be available with CFA
o Risk Profiling of the customer is completed and reflected in WMS system
o Update information on regular intervals to gather best available information about the client

• Manage Assigned Book
o Get Introduced to the mapped clients through the following ways:
1. Email Introduction
2. Introduction Phone Call as Relationship Manager
3. Using CFA Introduction letter available on w3
 
o Service the client (with support from service team) & resolve the requests & issues on priority
o Showcase to client on banks products, new initiatives & keep them updated about new launches
o Cross-sell all banking and third party products and also grow the list of clients through them

• Incremental Business Across Products
o To be responsible for selling all banking and third party products to mapped clients
1. Banking Products: SA/ FD, Assets, Trade, Forex, Lockers
2. Third Party Products: Investments, Insurance, Credit Cards
o To achieve overall targets as per Goal Sheet with product wise expectations
 
o Increase the product penetration by cross-selling products to the client based on the relevance & significance to the client

• Portfolio Book Quality
o On Individual Accounts: 80% and above portfolio to maintain following threshold values:
1. Either Group CASA AMB > Rs. 5 Lacs or
 
2. Group NRV > Rs. 25 Lacs AND
3. Net Salary Credit > Rs. 2 Lacs
o Portfolio Relationship Score > 5
 

• Showcase & Cross-sell of Banking Products
o Go through in detail about all the products available for client penetration
o Showcase clients on the all the products YBL has under its portfolio
o Guide the client on how a particular product is of interest to the client & how client can be benefited out of it
o Take Senior representative to convince the client wherever required

• Increase Share of wallet
o Ensuring YBL as a primary banker to all the relationships measured through:
1. Portfolio Relationship Score > 5
 
2. Actively Transacting Groups with Min. 1 Client Initiated Transaction per month
o Maintain sticky relationships with the bank by encouraging clients to actively bank with YBL
 
o Introducing Advisory Products to clients wherever required in order to increase Investments Share of Wallet from clients

• Sales Record Update
o The process of Sales Record update has been made online and hence there is no need for physical DSR process for CFA
o Capture on maximum T+1 basis following types of client engagement in Kaleidoscope online interaction update:
1. Personal Meetings
 
2. Telephone Calls
 
o Follow YBL guidelines for capture Maintain all sales record & captures it in all relevant system as per YBL guidelines

• Compliance to Banking & Regulatory Guidelines
o Ensure 100% compliance with the YBL Code of Conduct for RMs.
o Ensure IRDA & NISM/AMFI Certification is completed/ updated within 90 days of joining.
o Ensure EUIN status for all RMs is updated & captured properly in the system.
o Adherence to any other compliance/regulatory guideline from time to time.
o In case of expiry of any regulatory certificate, then prior arrangement for renewal needs to be done with due commitment of upgrading the same with prior intimation to the YF Central Team as well as Reporting authority
