Main Purpose:
To ensure
right contracting norms and taxation strategy for the entire contract.
Job Responsibility: Contract Administration Preparation of Cost estimates at pre tendering stage. Evaluation of taxation impact & formulation of tax strategy. Assessment of financial stability of the vendor. Contract closure. Financial Risk Assessment. Benchmarking of cost. Evaluation of sanction request. Helps in finalization of contract in related to PVC clause, payment term etc. |
