Ø Manage IT operation

Sub-contracting: Floating the enquiry to the sub-contractors
and collecting the quote, preparing
comparison, organize negotiation meetings, preparing MOM to finalize the
tender and assisting to finalize the tender.

Documentation: Updating all C&C process/format and
maintain the same as per ISO process. Drafting Approval Note/Contract
Agreement/LOA/LOI/WO for sub contactor and PRW works. Keeping track on BG/PBG.
Preparing the weekly tracking sheet, bill tracking sheet etc. prepare change
orders, variation order, amendment in SAP and checking extra items and tax
liability etc.
To ensure the all process is as per procedure.
Bill Certification: Checking and certifying the RA bills as
per contract and processing for payment and ensuring to release the payment to
sub-contractors in time.
To achieve the progress in time
Assisting in internal auditing, preparing weekly report and
monthly reports and documentation.
Claims Management: identification of claims and report to
the HODs.
Documentation
HSE: Implementation of HSE requirement as per OSHAS in all
our contract documents.
