Central stores is critical to functioning of the airport as it is the storehouse of the spares, consumables, equipment etc. The inventory management is done through SAP for its day to day requirement such as, receipt of material coming in from various vendors & issuance of the same on demand by different depts. Major Responsibilities are listed below-
 -Identification & Categorization of spares in line with the classifications
-To maintain proper upkeep, housekeeping/cleanliness & suitable arrangement of resources   
  inside the store.
-Inventory of all stocks to be maintained at optimum level in Central Stores
-Ensure smooth functioning of material & vendor management processes
-Responsible for the fire safety arrangement inside the store.
