The Siemens Graduate Recruitment Process   http://www.siemens.co.in/en/jobs_careers/jobs-and-application.htm
Siemens absorbs graduates through a well-structured campus recruitment programme called the Graduate Recruitment Process. Students are chosen from some of the best Indian educational institutes like National Institutes of Technology, premier B-Schools, etc.
Under the Graduate Recruitment Process, Siemens in India conducts an informative induction programme for graduates in the final semester of their respective courses. The fresh graduates are then recruited as:
  • Graduate Trainee Engineers (GTEs),
  • Diploma Trainee Engineers (DTEs),
  • Management Trainees (MTs), or as
  • Commercial Trainees (CTs)
They then undergo a year of structured training which gives them an exposure to the various sectors in which Siemens operates.
To aid faster learning, Siemens in India conducts both classroom and on-the-job training. On completion of their training period, all the GTEs, MTs and CTs are absorbed in the Executive Grade (EG), whereas the DTEs are recruited in the Junior Executive Grade (JE) of Siemens.

Such rigorous screening and recruitment process ensures that Siemens employs the best brains for developing a sustainable future for India. Siemens welcomes zestful and talented candidates from top engineering and technical institutes in India.
