Job Description	Main Purpose: Contract administration with respect to defining technical specification and evaluation of financial parameter based on the same.  Job Responsibility:  Contract Administration: Technical risk assessment. Helps in cost estimation at pre-tendering stag. Parameters to be decided to measure the performances of the contractors. Estimation of time for completion. Understanding the technical competencies of the vendor. Valuation of job done in case of breach of contract or foreclosure of the contract. Preparation of standard consumption of free issue of material. Coordination with project managers, consultant and vendor
