Freshers as Management Trainees/ Graduate Trainees
We recruit fresh MBAs, veterinary doctors, food technologists, dairy technologists, marketing and sales professionals, chartered accountants and graduates. We provide them with growth opportunities through training and development. They are entitled to a monthly stipend, reimbursement of travel expenditure with an opportunity to work on a project which would present a scope to learn and contribute at the same time. Each project is carefully selected from amongst the focus areas. Training period is usually 6 months, on completion of which the Management/ Graduate Trainees are regularized with a suitable role in the organization. 




Mid-career Recruitment

In most cases, we promote people from within the organization to fill vacancies. However, we also recruit candidates with relevant experience from outside. 
Experienced Professionals

We provide focused effort to recruit, train and retain experienced skills on an ongoing basis. For leadership positions apart from traditional methods like functional/ technical discussion, we also use modern methods like psychometric testing during their recruitment process. This gives us a better overall evaluation particularly on the behavioral traits and personality of the candidate. By making successful hiring decisions through psychometric testing we ensure we recruit the best candidate for the role and help employee retention.
