Main Purpose:
Develop the Nest in & solution
market in the region assigned. Increased awareness and acceptance of Nest- In
in the target market.
Key Deliverables:
1. Market Development
1.1 Relationship building with
influencers (Consultants, Architects, Structural engineers and Fabricators.)
1.2 Liaison with government offices
where the potential of Nest-IN & other product exists.
1.3 Implementing marketing
initiatives like organizing various Engineer / architect / Fabricator
meets/awareness program at gram panchayat level
1.4 Widening distribution reach
through traditional as well as unconventional channels
1.5 Contribute in formulating and
achieving overall business plan of solutions area.
2. Market Information Gathering
2.1 Tracking and collating the
information on competition
2.2 Collating market information on
demand and pricing.
3. Order Generation &
Fulfillment: Ensure that the sales targets as per OSP/ABP are achieved
4. Implementation of Contact
Programs - customer connect
4.1 Ensure implementation of contact
programs with influencers
4.2 Ensure implementation of contact
programs with end customers
5. Product Promotion Activities:
Compliance to and execution of PPAs as per plan
6. Managing Retail Networks
6.1 Track reach & share of
business
6.2 Ensure adherence to and
implementation of the laid down channel policy
6.3 Review of the performance of
distributors
7. Implementation and Conformance to
DM & PM
7.1 Inventory management across the
channel
7.2 Accounts reconciliation with all
distributors periodically
7.3 Implementation of PM as per
policy cascade to this position
8. Customers complaints handling:
For any product complaints: interface with the central marketing & design
team to handle the complaint and resolve within timeline specified as per
policy
Desired Profile
1. Experience in Construction Sales
with exposure to rural market
2. Degree in engineering will be
preferred
