Job Description
|
1. To
provide support to the Management by maintaining superior customer
care both internal and external. 2. Providing comfortable and homely stay experience for visiting executives at DB & Guest Houses. 3. Providing hygienic & healthy food with continuous effort to provide customize services for VIP Guests of the company. 4. Proper upkeep & maintenance of DB & Guest Houses of high standard. 5. Proper Coordination and liaisoning with other departments. 6. Providing better housekeeping services at DB & Guest Houses. 7. Maintenance of records & impart training to own and contractual employees. 8. To look after the complete end to end Estate services and development & maintenance of MIS for house allotment process. 9. To manage all travel related activities for the employees. |

Desired Profile
|
Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent
1. Should have sound experience in handling Companies as well as Government officials. 2. Should have a good idea about the likes and dislikes of VVIPs 3. Should possess sound knowledge of market 4. Should be able to prepare and implement safe operational procedures. 5. Must have good understanding & liaisoning with other departments. |
