JOB PURPOSE

This role will work within the SAP providing design and development for the Time Management System

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·         Act as Senior Consultant in one of the industry verticals
·         Contribute to the functional design, architecture of the solution and product configuration for an implementation.
·         May manage a team of analysts and developers.
·         Lead project planning and delivery effort from the domain team.
·         Build value through deep product, functional and application expertise and client manager engagement capabilities
·         Architect solutions in SAP Oil & Gas areas bringing in technical, functional, and process expertise related to SAP product in Oil Industry Specific area

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Education- UG: B.Tech/B.E
·         Senior Consultant with good experience in Oil & Gas
·         Process experience
·         Worked on at least 2 SAP Implementations and 1 AMS Project
·         Experience leading small cross functional teams to ensure delivery and effectively coordinate between onsite and off site
·         Strong experience in SAP SD and IS OIL downstream modules such as F&A Pricing, Bulk shipments, TSW and Exchanges.
·         SAP IS Oil Downstream (Mandatory)
·         Oil and Gas Industry (Mandatory)

JOB PURPOSE

·         Track plant performance by exception and ensure updated and comprehensive database of plant activities / incidents and performances including Coke quality.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·         Ensuring tough VR processing in the plant.
·         Establishing Coker experience database continually updated
·         Assessing process maturity level of sub processes within Coker complex Key decisions
·         Plan & Organize the tasks to ensure compliance.
·         Modify action plan and set priorities based on the needs of different PIOs and technical assignments in consultation with superior.

Job Purpose
Key accountabilities
·         Provide technical support to Petrochemical, Polymer, Polyester & Refinery sites related to Electrical Power Electronic equipment and system.
·         Oversee Power Electronics performance monitoring & benchmarking
·         Initiate Selection & Standardize best practices, Standardization of SOP’s and SMP’s
·         Ensure COE standards, guidelines, LFI and safety group standards implementation at sites.
·         Lead troubleshooting & support sites for major & critical failures/issues.
·         Generate LFI, Alerts based on major failures, safety incidences.
·         Implement modern techniques & tools to enhance Reliability of power electronic equipment
·         Identify & suggest modifications for performance improvement
·         Carry out RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) for equipment failures, monitor implementation of RCA recommendations.
·         Introduction of modern diagnostic techniques to enhance reliability
·         Prepare guidelines and govern site’s asset renewal plan & obsolescence management
·         Standardize outsourcing, logistics & technical validation system for vendor/contractor
·         Recommend for equipment selection and specifications.

·         Awareness and knowledge of Power Electronics Equipment and its maintenance practices and predictive Diagnostic Testing Tools
·         Awareness and knowledge of latest developments in technology
·         Knowledge of various RCA technics, FMEA Tools.
·         Knowledge of SAP PM/ MM modules, MIS, MMCS.
·         Knowledge of MS Projects, Microsoft office tools.
